Judy
One of Judy’s greatest fulfillments comes from serving those who are ready to transition as well as supporting those who remain. It is her wish to create a space where the end of life phenomena is peaceful and empowering. Her purpose is to prepare people for dying more consciously and peacefully by providing quality end of life care. She has spent many years supporting others in their end of life journey.
As a practicing End of Life Doula, Judy supports families in upholding the wishes of the dying as well as supporting their circles of support with emotional and practical matters. She walks alongside the family, offering companionship and/or respite if and when requested.
Judy is passionate about end of life issues and believes active listening and creating a peaceful environment are of the utmost importance to her work. The privilege of accompanying those at the end of their life, along with their loved ones, is an honour Judy feels grateful to fulfill.
When she is not practicing, Judy enjoys spending her time with her own family. Her spouse, 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
Ollie
Ollie, is a remarkable therapy dog who’s spent many hours with transitioning friends and their families offering calm and ease through his soft and gentle demeanour.
He is a 2-year old, mini-Labradoodle weighing in at 22 lbs. sharing love and snuggles in his role as a therapy dog.
